CAPTAIN - Krystian Moszczyński
Captain of Sofia Catamaran. Born in Poland. Twice world champion in sailing (Micro Championship 2010 and 2022). It’s not the end of his winning history: 7 times he achived gold medal on Poland Championship in Micro class. He spend his free time very active – a big fan of watersports. His professions is so big like pallets of colour of the world – From boat builder, through professional skipper, regatta sailor, instructor of sailing, to examiner on sailing courses. After graduating from the Marinetime University, he received the title of engineer.
OFFICE MANAGER - Pola Olkowicz
She was a teacher in a public school and she has several years of experience as a receptionist and office worker in hotels. Pola is the one you talk to when you call or write a message asking about a charter. Families with children are very welcome on our board - She builds great contact with them. Office manager takes care of the comfort and good mood of our Guests during the cruises. Don’t be surprised if she has a longer conversation on the phone during the cruise - she is probably answering the questions our future Guest!
SECOND SKIPPER - Ame Khamis
Born in Tanzania, in Zanzibar Island. Man with perfect memory and great sense of humour. He can arrange quite everything (actually, we don’t pretty sure, is „quite everything” is correct phrase. Ame can arrange everything!). Local book of knowledge. Always helpful, well organised, always perfect cooperate with captain and crew. Ame spent a lot of time in Quatar, Dubai and Oman - he gained a lot of experience during work on big yachts. He Professionaly take care of Sofia Catamaran. Because of him, our boat looks so good.
CHEF - Khatibu Hamza
Born in Tanzania, in Zanzibar Island. He has perfect sense of taste. The chef’s knowledge of local ingredients, such as fresh fish, tropical fruits, and vegetables, is essential for authentic preparations. In addition to traditional recipes, Khatibu can incorporate modern techniques to present these beloved flavors in new ways. Always helpful, but most importantly, very restrictively respects rules of hygene and cleanliness. We promise you – sensory experience, where the vibrant colors and enticing aromas create unusual sensations.
